Hello everyone,

I am attempting to reconcile my bank accounts in BS 365 Cloud, but I encounter an error when trying to import bank transactions. The error message states: /The Field Journal Batch Name of table Gen. Line contains a value (CPM-RECON) that cannot be found in the related table (Gen. Journal Batch)./ Could anyone advise on how to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your assistance.

Jun Wang: I have "Import Bank Statement" through Process. But thats automatically and that does not work.

How du I import manually? I saw on YouTube that I should use 'Bank' -> 'Import Statement', but I do not see that option on my screen. See below.

If I select 'Process' -> 'Import Bank Statement', I receive the following message.

How can I manually import a bank statement, step by step?

@gdrenteria What is a journal Batch? How do I view that and create one? I tried to search, but found nothing. I'm new to this, so thanks for trying to help. Please step by step :-)

search for bank account reconciliations in BC, and you will get to the page as below example. If you don't get the import bank statement button, reach out to your BC admin if you need to be granted permissions or add the button through personalization.

How do I manually import bank statements and transactions into Business Central? (Eurepean Version). When I navigate to the 'Bank' option under 'Bank Account Reconciliation,' I only see two options: "Bank Account Card" and "Connect to Banks." However, there is no option for "Import Bank Statement." Do I require additional permissions, or is there another method to import transactions directly from the bank?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Thanks in advance!

not sure what file you are importing into bc. If it's a csv one, it contain a batch name that couldn't be found in your BC. you could resolve this either by changing the batch name in csv or create a new batch with that name.
