New BPF is not reflecting to the old records ?

Hi Team,

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered with the Business Process Flow (BPF) named /Project Sales Process./ Although I have successfully created it, I've noticed that it's only reflecting on new records. However, upon investigation, I realized that when I navigate through the sitemap and set the order, and ensure the correct security roles are assigned to the users, the BPF appears when I manually switch processes on old records.

Given that I have several open opportunities affected by this, I'm keen to find a solution that ensures the BPF automatically applies to all relevant records without manual intervention.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Please let me know if you need any further information from my end.

Thank you for your attention to this issue

    Dear Mr.Leah,

Thank you for your prompt response.

Unfortunately, despite following the steps outlined below, the updates are not reflecting in my old records. I have double-checked each step meticulously, yet the issue persists.

Could you please provide further assistance in resolving this matter? Any additional guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your prompt response.

    Hi,
Are you trying not to repeatedly switch BPF for multiple records?
You can try to create one on-demand workflow, then select multiple records to run this to change workflow at the same time.
--Using Set Process action to change BPF in the workflow.
    Like this:
    1.Install this as solution:
2.Create one workflow on the entity that BPF used.
    2.Action
    3.Save and Active it.
    4.Run this workflow.

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
