Is there any functionality available for reserving items /inventory through warehouse and is there any confirmed quantity field in business central which shows the instock items in business central?

Reserve Items In Warehouse

to reserve items in BC, normally, you need to set up reserve from the below pages

on item card.

on a document

if a item has been reserved on a sales order, the reserved qty will show a number in the below example.

to track information of item reservation, user could go to reservation entries on the item card.

Reserve Items In Warehouse

Hi,

There is no function within the warehouse to reserve items (Similar to that on a sales order) but if you are using warehouse picks then once the pick is created it is not available to be picked on any other order.
