I have a BC onpremise v22 and i can't see the option to /Set Up Cloud Migration/.

    The Replication begins from Cloud not from on-prem.

    The person who sets up and runs the cloud migration must be signed in as an administrator of the Microsoft Entra (Microsoft 365) tenant and Business Central online.

    As the documentation indicates, you execute this action from the saas version to which you are going to migrate.
