In another post, I typed the text shown below along with the screenshots.

I want to make it clear that I have already assigned the Customer Price Group to the customer

If you know, please let me know why is the correct price not appearing in the Sales Order.

Hi:

Through Feature Management, I have enabled the new sales price experience.

I have assigned a Customer Price Group to a customer and have added a lower than normal price of $900 to the Athens Desk item in Cronus.

But, when I enter a new Sales Order as of 11/12/2024, it's ignoring this new price even after I verified lines. Why?

Below is a screenshot of the Price List that I created.

BTW -- I explicitly stated that I have assigned the "DESK" Customer Price Group to the customer. Someone who replied to this post doesn't understand that!!!

My suggestion would be to try with giving the realistic ending date or keep it blank. Also try giving Minimum qty as 0.

Also can you also share the screenshot for the sales order.
