Hi, we are encountering an issue that we are unable to resolve. Whenever a user sends out a Microsoft Teams meeting invitation through Outlook and then tracks it using the Dynamics 365 plugin, the Teams meeting link gets converted into a plain text field. This then results in attendees being unable to login to the meeting. We have had this issue for over a year and advised the users to use the web portal when creating the meetings and tracking as it worked in the portal. This issue is now also in the portal and converting the links to text so we can no longer use that work around.
I've attached an image of the meeting being created without tracking, the link is normal and available. The second image shows what happened after we track tyo dynamics and the link is then turned into text.
We have checked the HTML formatting in Outlook to avoid links rendering text formatting and that is enabled.
