    Hello AM-03041216-0,

The "You are not a member of this organization" error when trying to access TOBI (Microsoft's in-app support bot, often used within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform) indicates a problem with your user account's association with your organization's tenant. Here's how to troubleshoot and get help:

    1. Verify Your Account and Tenant:

    • Correct Account:

      • Ensure you're logging in with the correct Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 account that's associated with your organization.
      • Double-check for typos in your email address.

    • Tenant Association:

      • Your account must be a member of the Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) tenant that your organization uses for Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
      • If your organization has multiple tenants, make sure you're using the correct one.

      •

    2. Browser and Cache Issues:

    • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:

      • Sometimes, cached data can cause authentication problems.
      • Clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again.

    • Try a Different Browser:

      • See if the issue persists in a different web browser.

    • InPrivate/Incognito Mode:

      • Try accessing TOBI in an InPrivate (Edge) or Incognito (Chrome) window to rule out browser extensions or cached data.

      •

    3. Check User Permissions:

    • Dynamics 365/Power Platform Roles:

      • Ensure your user account has the necessary Dynamics 365 or Power Platform security roles to access the relevant features.
      • Contact your Dynamics 365 or Power Platform administrator to verify your roles.

    • Azure AD User Settings:

      • Your Azure AD user settings might be configured to restrict access to certain applications or services.
      • Your Azure AD administrator can check these settings.

    •

    4. Contact Your Organization's Administrators:

    • Dynamics 365/Power Platform Administrators:

      • Your internal Dynamics 365 or Power Platform administrators are the first point of contact.
      • They can verify your account's tenant association, security roles, and any relevant settings.

    • Azure AD Administrators:

      • If the issue is related to your Azure AD account, your Azure AD administrators can help.

      •

    5. Microsoft Support:

    • If the problem persists and your organization's administrators cannot resolve it, contact Microsoft Support.

    • How to contact Microsoft Support:

      • If possible, use the "Help and Support" options within the Dynamics 365 or Power Platform admin centers.
      • You may need an administrator account to do this.
      • Search on the Microsoft support website for the correct support phone number for your region.
      • Explain the error message and the steps you've taken to troubleshoot.

      •

    Information to Provide to Support:

    • Your user account email address.
    • The Dynamics 365 or Power Platform environment you're trying to access.
    • The exact error message ("You are not a member of this organization").
    • Any relevant screenshots.
    • The steps you've taken to troubleshoot.

    •

By following these steps, you should be able to identify the cause of the "You are not a member of this organization" error and get the necessary help to access TOBI.

Sounds like the user may not have been granted any security roles for the environment.

This is assuming they are also licensed for Dynamics CRM as well.
