Price Group "ALL" Mix & Match Offers in NAV 2017 Not Synced to our Ecom Platform

Hi, I hope someone can help. For months, we have been facing an issue whereby Mix & Match Offers created with the Price Group "All" are not synced to our e-commerce platform. However, if we select the Price Group in Regions and individual stores, the offer syncs to our e-commerce platform. Our SP is still trying to figure it out but with no progress. Because of this, we have to create mix and match offers by selecting regions in the Price Group which is time consuming. If anyone can assist, this would be really awesome. Please help. Thanks

    I don't think standard NAV has the functionality for Mix and Match, I believe there is a customization or ISV who developed that and you are using that to integrate with Ecommerce. We need to know more details before we can guide you on this.

    Do you have a custom integration between your e-commerce platform and NAV? It sounds like you do, in which case there’s not much we can assist with. You should reach out to the developer or team who created the integration for support.

    I think you can try creating a simple Mix & Match Offer using the "All" price group and see if it syncs. If it doesn’t, attempt to replicate the issue with different products or categories. Refer to the documentation for both your e-commerce platform and the system managing the offers. There might be known issues or specific configurations required for syncing.
