Field not Visible on Integration tables

1 - I have done the integration Of business central with the Dynamics 365 Sales app by using business central Standard dataverse connection setup and integration setup, it is working fine but i need to add some new fields in the item-Product Integration table so i have click on new fields mapping but there i am unable to find the filed which is standard "Item Category Code (5702)" Some customer and standard fields are available by default  when we have to do new table mapping  but some are not available why is that and how can get these fields here to integrate it with CRM fields , same thing with the CRM table. See the first Screen shot for more clear image.

 2 - sometimes data of table sync by automatically and some time we need to manually synchronize it suppose I have created new item, customer and contact or any other data sometimes it sync automatically in few minute but some times we need to manually sync it by setup coupling and create new .

3- my sales order is coming from CRM to bc so they are visible in the sales order -dynamics 365  page in bc so there we need to manually click on create in Business central then it gets created in bc or we can do something to is will gets created in bc automatically . see the screenshot  2 for more clear picture.

4 -  In same pages that are being synchronize there there synchronize option are unclickable or we can do anything with them ??? see screen shot 3
 
5 -  so I have one field sin bc description that is mapped with CRM name field in item but i want to change its mapping to Fg item in bc to name in CRM so as  to do that i have deleted the item and redeploy it by add new fields and click on reset to default integration setup so why its showing showing same  fields two times .  see screen shot 4

    To address your issues with Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales integration: For adding new fields like "Item Category Code (5702)" to the integration table, you may need to customize the table mappings. Synchronization can be automatic or manual, depending on your setup and job queue configurations. To automate sales order creation from CRM to Business Central, consider using workflows or Power Automate. If synchronization options are unclickable, check permissions and record states. For changing field mappings, ensure old mappings are fully deleted to avoid duplicates.
