Hi, I am having an issue where we are using the following criteria

When we go to preview the pool it contains customers that have negative balances as seen below

anyone have any idea what's going on here?

I get both negative, and positive balances below 5000

Do you only get negative balances? Or also positive ones? Are balances smaller than 5000 excluded or not?
