I need to create a case like that:

"If the customer is a preferred customer or customer spends more than 150 currency units, they receive 10 percent off the order."
I tried to create a Threshold discount for item D0023 with the amount 150 then it will be received a discount percent is 10% off and the discount was published successfully.

But after that, I create a sales order with item D0023 and amount is 700, the Threshold discount is not applied on the Sales order. I have checked the related information like Price group...
