Multilevel Costing Report in D365 F&SCM Not Working

Hello All,

Following Multilevel BOM Costing Report in D365 F&SCM is not showing all the levels in the BOM. Not only does it not show the levels that has phantom items , it also doesn't show level that are non phantom. :

Navigation path: Released Products > Action Pane > Tab: Manage Cost > Group: Set Up > Item Price > Tab: Active > Price Type: Cost > Button: View Calculation Details > Select Check Box: Details of Multi Level Cost

Has anyone experienced this issue? Can someone provide a solution to this issue?
