template step-by-step plan

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have a template (excel or word) that can be used as a step-by-step transition plan for this transition from Outbound Marketing Flows to Real Time Marketing journeys? I started to create one but I want to be sure I am on the right track and thus could use some help and insights. Thanks!
