Receiving serialized items in purchase order (WMS)

subject: Receiving serialized items in purchase order (WMS).

Issue: Let's suppose if we receive 25 pieces of an item in WMS. The receiving of items is completed, and the system prints the labels for 25 pieces. It always prints the first serial number for 25 times.
 
Query: We require the printer to print 25 labels with 25 serial numbers. Please guide us on this issue.

    The issue you're experiencing is related to the configuration of the Tracking Number Group. To resolve this, please ensure that the following settings are configured correctly:
    1. In the Tracking Number Group, verify that the "Only for Inventory" toggle is enabled.
    2. Set the "Per qty." field to 1.00. This will ensure that the system automatically generates a unique serial number for each individual item.
    Inventory Management Module > Setup > Dimension > Tracking Number Groups
     
    Additionally, if not already activated, please enable the "Serial Number Control" toggle in the Tracking Dimension Group associated with your product.
     
    Product Information Management > Setup > Dimension and Variants groups > Tracking Dimension Groups
     
    The above adjustments should resolve the issue and allow the system to print unique serial numbers for each item received. Feel free to ask if you have any further query.
