Generating Transfer Order from Packing Slip (Intercompany)

Currently I am posting packing slip and invoicing sales orders and generating the intercompany receipt and invoice first and then creating a transfer order manually in the intercompany module with corresponding SKU's, QTY's and batches.

Is there a way to automate or semi-automate the flow so that I can create a transfer order from the information of the packing slip that contains the same information (SKU's, QTY's and batches)? Alternatively using the actual product receipt to do the same thing.

Generating Transfer Order from Packing Slip (Intercompany)

Yes, absolutely. I did something similar at my former job.
Both are journals and available as entities, so it's 100% possible to automate using Power Automate, or Logic Apps if you want to do it in Azure.

You can automate posting by having the postings configured as batch jobs with late selections, with a filter on a "trigger" field in the header, for example the ship date.

You might have a problem with batch numbers though, as we might not have that available directly on the lines.

Alternatively, you will have to make a customization to F&O. I don't expect it will take long to develop, at least how I imagine it would be done.
