HI, To change the name of a financial report in Business Central, if the name field is greyed out, you can try editing it through the Report Layout Selection by modifying the layout name. If that doesn't work, and you have developer access, you can modify the report's name directly in the AL code by changing the Caption property. or you can try with approch which gdreneria suggested.
