    Hi,

To add certain Filters to the Form as preferred, you can utilize existing View Feature. It is unclear that you need to add the filter for all users or certain user.

To add your first filter and range like (filtering by specified status = 'approved' and sorting by date) then you can save the view as the custom view and pin as default view for all legal entity for the user.

    Hi,

I am afraid you cant do this. The filter Status  (Stopped) is being applied whenever you open the form. You would need to modify the form through x++ code.
Same holds for date, however, the date is sorted by the newest first, what makes sense in my opinion.

    Kind regards, Adis

    Hi,

This is different from form to form. You can filter, sort, save and publish the view. However, this works on some forms and on some forms not.

This is dependent on the framework of the form. There isnt much you can do without development.

    Kind regards, Adis
