Issues with displaying Facts under relevant Assessments

Posted on by 7
We've observed the following issue when there are multiple assessments in the system.
  • I have 2 Assessments: 2024 and 2025.
  • I have Concepts linked to the Standard Requirements. Therefore, they also appear under the 2024 and 2025 Assessments.
  • I have some Facts for 2024 and some Facts for 2025.
  • Here is where the issue appears: when I link 2024 Facts to the 2024 Assessment Requirements, they also appear in the 2025 Assessment, and vice versa.
I've observed that the entity creation and associations are all correct behind the scene (i.e., Fact Links are getting created and associated with the correct Assessment Requirement), however, there is an issue in the display of facts in the component that shows the hierarchy of Assessment Requirements -> Concepts -> Facts in the Assessment screen.

Screenshots attached showing:
- Assessment 2024, which shows both 2024 and 2025 facts.
- Assessment 2025, which shows both 2024 and 2025 facts.
- Fact 2024 and Fact 2025, showing that each one only has one fact link (as they should).

Thanks for sharing, we have investigated and fixed this issue; the fix will roll out in the next release. I will update on timing of the next release in the coming weeks.
