Scratching my head on updating Store Commerce via Intune, installing the application in user context with the user not having local admin rights.

What am I missing?
Is this even possible?
Could this be an NTFS issue?

NB; Initial installation is possible via Intune as onboarded device has local admin allow it to install all pre requisites in user context. Local admin is then remove via a remediation script. For obvious reasons having a POS running with local admin is not ideal.
