Rich Text HTML Email/Email Template Editor in Dynamics CRM

Hi everyone,

How to add rich text html to email/email templates in MS Dynamics CRM 2016 Online? Is it a Out-Of-Box feature or should I download an HTML editor for the same?

    If I create a template by the new Email Editor that contain dynamic fields, I get a strange behavior for sent emails.
     
    When I look at the sent emails in Microsoft Outlook, dynamic fields in the text area are shown as completely filled in, but in the overview list of emails in the mailbox on the left side, the dynamic fields are still shown as unfilled placeholders. Microsoft does not seem to be using HTML email data here, but rather plain text.
     
    So there seems to be a problem in the advanced email editor that dynamic text fields are not correctly transferred to the non-HTML area of ​​the email.
     
    Can anyone tell me how to solve this?

    You can check this one created by Paul Nieuwelaar. I've tried this yesterday and it seems to work well with Dynamics 365.

    Hi Chris,  I have tried to get in touch with you guys and have sent several email requesting for the free trial of the Trident WYSIWIG Editor for Dynamics 365, but I have got no response yet. Please can you respond to my enquiry?

    This email editor is available in the Unified Interface of Dynamics 365 v9.0.

    Hi this is a common need within dynamics crm and we have the solution!

    We have an email editor that can easily insert images etc into the email/email template body!

    "Although you cannot insert images or HTML directly into Dynamics 365 email messages or email templates, you can use the copy feature in Internet Explorer to copy an image from a website and paste it into the email message or email template. The image is available as long as the website is accessible."
