Case form not displaying correctly for a few users

Hello,
Since last week (nov. 12 2024) the case form is not displaying correctly for at least 2 users that I know of.
 
Here is a quick view of what she should see and following after that is what she actually sees
 
and what she sees
 
If I put the case under her name to work on, only then she sees correctly the form.
She is not a new user and it happens only on some few clients. For other clients, she sees it correctly
 
Any ideas to why that is?
