when a user personalizes a page in Business Central, those changes are only applied to that specific user — not to everyone who has the same role. Personalization is user-specific and stored per user profile.

1. Profiles (Roles) Configuration
You can make changes to the Role Center and assign it to all users. For example, you can modify the Role Center for "Accounts Payable" and assign it to all AP users. This helps keep the experience centralized and consistent across the team.
However, users can still personalize their own views individually based on below toggle if off. Any changes they make in their own login or UI won't affect other users.
